Refund, pls.

You should be able to ask for a refund for a one-way ticket on days like today when there are delays of more than 30 minutes! And to top it off, I haven’t heard any announcements on the platform or by the conductor. If it weren’t for Clever Commute’s emailed alerts, I would have been standing on the platform pissed when I looked at my phone at 9:25 and the 9:18 hadn’t pulled up yet.
