This past weekend, Montclair PD stationed a “pedestrian” to cross a busy intersection of Bloomfield Ave and ticketed drivers that didn’t yield. I’m all for that considering I’ve posted a few times about how drivers don’t respect pedestrians and I think they actually TRY to run pedestrians over for fun!
